TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MУDUTYFREE.NET SERVICE USE
These terms and conditions (further – “Conditions”) define legal relationship, which take place as the result of the use of mydutyfree.net website, as well as MyDutyFree mobile application, which are collectively and separately referred to as an online display of duty free shops located in at Kazan International Airport, as well as the following international airports: "Domodedovo" (Moscow), "Ufa", "Irkutsk", "Koltsovo" (Ekaterinburg), "Heydar Aliyev" (Baku), "Minsk" (hereinafter – the "Services", "Service", "MuDutyFree").
Please read these Terms and Conditions prior to using the Services.
Please note that by using the Services, you agree to abide by these conditions. If you refuse to comply with these Terms, you may not be able to use the Services offered.
The actual use of the Site and/or applications to select items in duty-free shall be construed as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and the granting of consent to the processing of your personal data.
1. About Us and Our Services
“MуDutyFree” LLC, founded by MYDF HOLDING LTD (registration number HE 358175), is the owner of the Website, as well as MуDutyFree service online display.
The aim of our services is to familiarize potential customers of our partners with a range of products, which are sold in their own duty-free shops.
For more information on the services provided read the sections below.
2. Our Services
MyDutyFree is an online store display service that can save your money and time.
The services that we offer, allow you to see a range of goods and choose for purchase items, which are sold in the aforementioned duty-free stores (hereinafter – "Partner Stores", "Duty-Free").
It should be remembered that the service performs a demonstration function solely, id est it is a display of goods of the Partner Stores. The goods and their descriptions are placed on it for information purposes, and not for the purpose of pre-selling or reservation.
We also offer additional services such as informing users of changes in purchasing conditions of items, placed on an online store display.
It is easy: pre-select goods in Duty free shops using our Service, and they will be waiting for you at MyDutyFree pickup point at the selected airport.
It is important that you understand that the agreement on the purchase of goods is concluded between you and the corresponding Partner Store.
The Partner Store has given us the right to assist in the conclusion of such an agreement, but we are not a party to the contract. That is, you do not purchase directly from us.
Further information on products, Partner Stores and the contract between you and the Partner Store is described below.
3. Our Responsibilities
Should it happen that when providing you with our services we are violating the Terms, we accept any of liability for any resulting losses/damages in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.
4. Special Considerations of Purchasing Goods in Duty-Free Shops
Duty-Free is a system of selling goods in retail outlets located in special areas of border crossing points of a country, exempt from certain taxes and duties, and thus allowing to reduce the price of such goods.
Hereby, goods from duty-free stores can be sold only to passengers, having passed the customs and border controls, and leaving the territory of a country, where such store is located.
Items, bought in duty-free stores, upon their purchase must be taken out of the country, where the store is located.
Please keep in mind, that the Russian Federation is a EAEU member. Therefore, to purchase from duty-free stores can only passengers leaving the territory of the EAEU (comprising the following countries: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia).
5. Goods and Quality
We try to be as accurate as possible when describing the products placed in the Service.
However, since all of our product descriptions are based on information obtained from public sources of brands and manufacturers, we can not guarantee that all descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, reliable and error-free.
Product images on the website are provided exclusively for demonstration purposes. Actual product may vary.
We do not allow Partner Stores to offer for placement on the online store display damaged goods or goods of a substandard quality.
6. Selecting, Purchasing and Picking up Goods
Items in duty-free stores are chosen in the MyDutyFree Service (on the Website or through a mobile application) by clicking on the "Add to cart" button, with the subsequent addition of such items to the cart of a passenger-customer and confirmation of the order placement.
Registration on mydutyfree.net is required for placing a pre-order. We recommend you to register (create a user account) before you start to use the Service.
Only those items can be preselected, which are available for viewing on the online store display.
Upon confirmation of your selection, you will be notified via email, containing information on the prices of the corresponding goods or their unavailability.
After that, you must show our cashier your boarding pass at Duty free pickup point, receive and check your choice.
After that, you can pay at the same Duty-free shop.
All the major currencies are accepted in Duty free shops, including: EUR, USD, RUB, GBP.
If the prices for the goods are set only in euro, the payment for the goods in other currencies is executed according to the CBRF exchange rate of these currencies to euro (price label currency) on the day of the purchase.
All the major credit cards can be also used for payment: Visa, Master Card, Union Pay, МИР.
- The price for the selected good may change on the day of the flight. That is why the cost of the good is defined on the day of the flight.
- Persons under 18 years old don’t have a right to use an online display in order to select alcohol or tobacco goods.
- Pay attention that the allowed quota for the import of alcohol and tobacco products to the territory of various countries may differ. We strongly encourage you to pay attention to the existing limits before the journey.
- The quantity of the goods reflected in our online display, at the storage, and in Duty-free shops is limited.
Сonsidering the fact that the preliminary selection of products made on the online show-case at the Website or via Application is other than reservation of the selected goods, it may happen that the aforementioned goods are out of stock at the time of actual purchasing. In other words, despite how long ago your preliminary selection was placed, we cannot guarantee you that the goods you've chosen would be in stock by the day when you purchase the goods (day of your departure).
We make every effort to inform you about the current prices and availability of goods. However, if the good you've chosen becomes unavailable less than 24 hours prior to your departure time, we may not have a chance to reach out to you in order to give you this information.
For products that have been selected through MyDutyFree service only those promotional offers and discounts are applicable, information about which was placed on the Service resources.
Discounts and promotional offers are non-cumulative
When making a pre-order of the selected item through our Services, you will be entitled to a 10% discount off the initial price of the item at the time of payment in a duty-free shop.
Therewith, in case of your entitlement to a higher discount, the above-mentioned discount of 10% off the price of the item is not granted.
MyDutyFree together with partner companies offers increased discount for customers of partner companies. This discount is 12% and is accrued according to a promo code, which you can obtain when purchasing a service from a partner company.
Apart from this, S7 Airlines allow an extra discount of 15% (as well as additional bonuses in the form of miles accrued on each euro spent via MyDutyFree service)
8. Our Website
This section defines the rules that you should follow when using the Website (in case you use it for selecting or viewing items).
When using the Website, you agree to abide by the relevant regulations.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Website, and you are to leave it immediately.
Access to the Website
Access to the Website is free of charge. You are responsible for compliance with all the conditions necessary to gain access to the Website. You should also ascertain that all persons, who can access the Website via your internet connection have read, understood and are ready to observe these conditions.
Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis and does not include commercial use of the Website or its contents. You may not reproduce, copy and/or use the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We reserve the right to close or change the Website without prior notice, limit access to the whole or certain sections of the Website. We shall not be liable for the inability to use the Website for any reason.
When you visit the Site and / or make a pre-order, you are communicating with us electronically and agree that all notices, agreements, announcements and other information, sent electronically (on our behalf or the behalf of Partner Store) has the same legal effect that its written analogue.
You may not use the Website in such a way that can potentially cause Website access failure, damage it or in any way hinder its operation.
You need to understand that you are responsible for all electronic communications and content that is sent to your computer. You must use the Website only for legitimate purposes.
You may not use the Website:

We reserve the right to prohibit the use of links to our site at any time, and if we were instructed to remove the link to the Site, you are to fulfill this requirement without delay.
Placing on the Site links to sites and resources of third parties is only for information purposes. We are not responsible for the content of these sites or resources, and such references should not be taken as approved by us. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may result from their use.
We may update or change the contents of the Site at any time at our discretion. Please note that this may mean that any information on the Website may be out of date at any period of time. The site content is intended for general informative purposes only. We make no guarantees or warranties, expressed directly or implied, that the Website or any of its contents is accurate, complete, relevant and do not contain errors or omissions. Please note that the service is exclusively for personal at-home use. As a result, we bear no responsibility for the possible loss of profit on your part, business interruption or other lost buisness opportunities.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss, caused by a computer virus, denial-of-service attack or other malware, which could potentially infect your computer, computer programs, these or any other materials, as a result of using the Service or downloading any ot its contents or following links to websites of third parties.
Conditions of use of MyDutyFree mobile application are similar to conditions in this clause.
9. Privacy and personal data storage policy
We collect, store and use your personal data in accordance with national legislation and standards of international law in the field of information security, including the Federal Law “On Personal Data”.
We collect, store and use personal information with the permission of the user. We provide the user with access to the personal information that we store, and we provide the ability to change and delete information at any time through the personal account or upon request to our support team.
We only collect and process the minimal amount of personal data required for providing the Service.
We collect and store the following information:
Personal data, cookies, and usage data:
- referral source, utm-tags
- operating system, browser type and version, IP address
- country, city, language preferences
- gender, age, name, surname
- phone number, email address
- tokens for push notifications
- data available from social networks when it is linked to the account (avatar, etc.).
- actions (view history, additions to favorites and shopping cart, search queries, filters applied, order history, etc.)
- answers from questionnaires, actions associated with additional functions (lotteries, referral systems, etc.)
- airport, date and time of departure
- history of email and phone notifications
- history of chat bot correspondence and technical support operator correspondence
The statistical information that we collect (for example, information about the session duration) is stored in an impersonal and encrypted form.
The information is used by us for the purpose of providing the Services, confirming the identity of the user, timely notifying the user of the forced changes in the conditions for providing the Service, for conducting marketing research and activities.
In order to provide the Services, we can transfer personal data to third parties.
The data is transferred to third parties in an encrypted form - to the partners of the Service, as well as to the services that operate the working process of the Service.
Only the minimum amount of information necessary to ensure the provision of the Services is transferred.

- authorized locations - cash desks in the stores where customer service is provided
- Belavia, S7, Natalitours, Ural Airlines
- the exchange of user personal data takes place in the process of interaction with external social networks and platforms like Google+, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, VK
We collect cookies that are required for Service functioning and providing the Services. Cookies are stored in an encrypted form and are deleted as soon as there is no need for them.
Please note that EU citizens who are under the age of 16 can use the Service only after obtaining consent for personal data processing of personal data from their parents (or legal representatives), through the authorization of our Service.
We take all reasonable steps to maintain the appropriate level of security during the use of our Service. An authorized employee of our company is responsible for ensuring the protection of the information.
We do not transfer personal information to unauthorized third parties and do not store unauthorized copies of informational data.
In case of revealing the leak of data, we inform the user and the authorized authorities about this leak within 72 hours.

- The right to withdraw the consent to the processing your personal data by us in full or partially. Exercise of this right will not mean the illegality of any of our procedures with your personal data, which were carried out on the basis of your previously granted consent.
- The right to send a complaint related to the processing of your personal data by us directly to any local branch of the supervisory authority.
10. Cancellation policy regarding the selection of items, placed on an online shop display, adding items to your order
To cancel or make changes to your product selection, you can use the corresponding options in your Personal Account (registered account). You can also rely on our customer support e-mail email@example.com 12 hours before departure.
You can additionally purchase items not listed in your product selection placed through our service, when you actually come to a duty-free shop at the airport before your flight. To do so, ask the cashier at MyDutyFree cash desk to add the necessary items to the order. Mydutyfree discount will apply to all purchased items, both pre-selected and added at the store, with the exception of items classified as Special Offers, items that are sold as a part of different promotional campaigns, and items to which the discount does not apply.
11. Agreement to receive notifications
The actual use of the Website and/or the Application for the preliminary selection of goods will be considered as acceptance of these Terms and as consent to processing of your personal data, as well as to sending advertising to you by the means of telecommunication networks, including telephone and facsimile communication.
12. Return Policy
According Section 1. Article 25 of the Federal Law "Consumer Protection Act", you are entitled to an exchange of goods of inadequate quality within 14 days, not including the day of the purchase, if there exists no exchange prohibition for such items, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Items returns are carried out in a duty free store, against the presentation of the corresponding payment document (receipt).
We remind you that you as consumer have additional legal protection, according to the RF Law "Consumer Protection Act".
The independence of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions - Each Section and subsection of these Conditions is valid separately. If by the court ruling or other decision-making body any section or parts thereof are deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining sections and parts continue to have legal effect.
If you have violated the terms and we have done nothing, or we delay the adoption of appropriate measures, it does not mean that we abandon our rights and still reserve the right to protect our legitimate interests. If we withdraw from prosecuting you, we shall do so in writing only, and from this it does not follow that we automatically waive our right to prosecute you in the future.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions were drawn up in accordance with the Russian law. In the event of any dispute or differences arising out of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, they must be resolved in the courts according to the defendant's place of registration with the use of the defendant's residence legislation.
Neither we nor Partner Stores will be liable for any non-performance of the contractual conditions, the delay in the fulfillment of the conditions, non-compliance with any of our other obligations to you, if any, for the delay or failure occurring as a result of force majeure.
A force majeure.
An act or event, such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, embargo, riots, strikes, lockouts, trade disagreements, fires, floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, transportation problems, government action or interruption of public or private telecommunications.
We adhere to a particular administration of complaints, in compliance with which we strive to investigate complaints and resolve disputes when they arise. Please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
